Ocean Street Woollahra, NSW
The design challenge was to design a luxury townhouse development that would relate to its surroundings as well as address, its location on a busy main road.
Eight townhouses were designed as an integrated development. Materials were chosen to provide a contemporary and classic appearance. Dense landscaping provided visual and acoustic privacy and a serene outlook.
Double underground garages and storage provide internal access to the individual dwellings above. Individually designed fireplaces separated the living and dining areas on the ground floor. Three large bedrooms and associated bathroom facilities were located on the first floor.
Extensively landscaped and paved spaces provide external entertainment areas for each dwelling
