Novotel, Darling Harbour, NSW
The design and construction of Novotel, and the associated Ibis and Mercure Hotels, provided French-based Accor with a successful entry into the Australian marketplace.
The design, which utilises the airspace over an existing car park, was the result of a successful design competition and tender submission with our Principal prior to forming D5D.
Novotel contains over 550 rooms, including a number of suites, of between 3.5 to 4 star ratings. Extensive guest facilities, including external swimming and tennis amenities, complement the business centre and four conference rooms.
