This project took advantage of a steep site with expansive views over Lake Jindabyne to provide four 3 – level luxury townhouses which, through its striking design, it has been set apart from its surrounding developments.
Radiating out like a fan from the entry and garage points, the planning allowed greater exposure of the living areas to the expansive lake views. Insulated glazing and porthole windows were extensively used to take advantage of the views and to provide extensive natural lighting internally.
Each townhouse provided a master bedroom and ensuite on the upper level, open space living and dining on the middle entry-level and two bedrooms or more on the lower level.
