The Peninsula apartments comprise a total of 132 apartments in a varied mix of one, two and three bedroom dwellings.
Six individual apartment buildings were designed around a central landscape and amenity area. In this way the focus and outlook of the dwellings were turned inwards and away from the busy Condamine Street. Each building provides for three levels of apartments and undercover basement for carparking and storage.
The master plan provided access to a side street which allowed for a suitable vehicular entry to the estate as well as an area for visitor parking which was separate to the central amenity areas. A community centre, swimming pool and extensive landscaping provided a central focus for the residents and the serenity and peace required of a quality residential development.
