Georges Manor aged care development offers aged care facility with a superior level of hospitality, accommodation and services whilst still being affordable for older Australians.
One of D5D’s Project Managers worked with the Kresner Group, the developer and facility operator, project managing the planning, design and construction phases of Stage 1.
Georges Manor provides for four alternate streams of aged care accommodation:
- High Care or Nursing Home
- Low care or Hostel
- Secure Dementia Care
- Respite Care
Designed under the Seniors SEPP 2004, the total complex houses over 150 beds in five inter-linked, 2-storey buildings with undercover parking for visitors and staff. The buildings are strategically located on a 6850 sq metre narrow site with rolling topography in Georges Hall, near Bankstown Airport. Each building provides residents with a safe and secure environment of indoor/outdoor living with accessible gardens and terrace areas.
