The Clarence project comprises 139, two and three bedroom apartments in a 13-storey building, above a landscaped podium and two levels of secure basement parking.

D5D was responsible for successfully developing the initial design to meet the onerous client and authority requirements for a prominent building located on a major arterial road.

Construction documentation, along with services coordination, was provided for a fast track, design & construct procurement process. The concrete formed structure features an interplay of face brickwork and rendered panels of contrasting colours to add interest and to modulate the size and scale of the facade.
