REZONING MASTERPLAN Pacific Highway, Wahroonga, NSW
A rezoning master plan design for submission to local and state authorities was undertaken for Australand Holdings for a 39,000 m² site at Pacific Highway, Wahroonga. The design proposed a total of 134 dwellings with three storey apartments along the highway. Terrace housing was used in the middle, medium density area and two storey duplex housing along the site perimeters. The concept was to deliver the development in a landscaped communal estate environment of three separable stages.
